The Daily Practice: The Story You Have Been Writing
Series One: The Story You Have Been Writing
Still Becoming · 28-Day Guided Journal
For anyone carrying a dream they haven't fully claimed yet — the one that keeps resurfacing no matter how many times life has asked you to set it down. This isn't a planning journal or a business workbook; it's a daily gratitude and reflection practice built to help you name the dream, take stock of what you're already bringing to it, and build it steadily through the gaps of a full life.
Each of the 28 days follows the same five-minute rhythm, morning and evening:
☀ Morning — one intention question, then three specific gratitude prompts (a person, a possession, an experience)
🌙 Evening — an achievement, a win, and one next step named while the day's perspective is still fresh
The journal moves through four weekly chapters:
Week 1 — The Dream: Naming it. Letting it be real, not the manageable, sized-down version.
Week 2 — Everything You're Already Bringing: Taking inventory of your existing strengths, and giving yourself the permission nobody else was going to hand you.
Week 3 — Building in the Gaps: Real progress in real, imperfect conditions — and the quiet return when a week falls apart.
Week 4 — The Life You Are Designing: Stepping into, and saying out loud, who you're becoming.
Days 7, 14, 21 and 28 each close with a five-question weekly check-in — a pause before the next chapter begins. By Day 28, you'll have 28 days of honest, specific evidence that the dream is real and the practice is yours to keep.
